I am not sure why this trilogy never caught on main stream, but it should have. A definite read! Necromancer caps the story of Ilien Woodhill off perfectly. (Posted 11/12/2009 1:36:34 PM)

I could not put this book down! It was amazing! Actually, all of the books where one's that I couldn't put down. I must say, the trilogy is fabulous. The details where stunning, and the magical powers blew me away. I can't even begin describing how good the storyline is! Fantastic, is all I can say. Overall, a great read, I suggest these wonderful books to all who like fantasy. I am curious, will you ever write more of these books? (Posted 2/27/2009 9:04:42 PM)

Just a quick note Shawn - about a third of a way through NiDemon - my honest opinion thus far, is very, very impressive - obviously not completed yet but trust me when I say that I read a lot of books, adult and young adult crossovers and this is by far superior than the vast majority which have been taken on by big publishers. Just read Nomadin, and wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed it - a super fantasy adventure story. I buy books for my grandchildren, but read them first myself to be sure they are age appropriate. Oh heck, who am I kidding, I enjoy them myself! This was a really good tale, and I will be buying the second book so I can give them as a set. Thank you for writing this story. I am a big fan of your books, Nomadin and NiDemon. My sister is also a big fan of your books. She is ten, I am thirteen. We are almost done reading NiDemon, we are at the part where Bulcrist and Windy are stopped by the army of Thessien's Kingdom. What days do you work at the store and what day can she take us to meet you? (Posted 9/13/2008 1:00:53 PM)

I absolutely LOVE your books, they're amazing! My uncle bought the first two for me and I wasn't sure I would like it at first but after reading the first chapter I already couldn't put it down. I was just wondering though, do you think they will ever make your books into movies? Yes I am offering to play Windy (just kidding kind of) I actually would love to do that though. I was hesitant to buy your book but I'm glad I did. I found it very interesting and hard to put down. I liked that the plot didn't fall into the same old groove of an epic tale and the story took unexpected turns. I really liked the ending also . . . it left me thinking. Overall I think the book was a fantastical mystical read! (Posted 9/12/2008 3:05:56 PM)

Shawn Cormier is an awsome book writer. He hooks people into his books and knows what is needed to keep them reading. I'm glad he finished the third book to, because I have been waiting for it. I'm sort of saddened by the fact that there might be no more Ilien. I hope that someone would make a movie out of this book. It would be a hit. Anyways, these books are the best!
